IF I CHOOSE ASAP SHIPPING WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Depending on the weather conditions and fruit availability, fruit orders usually ship within one week or sooner. Special points (CA, TX, AZ, LA or NV) and Canada follow a set schedule during November through early March.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Expect a minimum of 10-14 days to the East Coast & up to 2-3 weeks to the West Coast from the time the order is placed.

WHAT ARE THE CUTOFF DATES FOR HOLIDAY ORDERING?

Thanksgiving:   November 12

Christmas:   Canada – December 11 

                           Citrus States (CA, TX, AZ, LA or NV) – December 12 

                           Western US – December 14

                           East Coast/Midwest – December 14

Hanukkah:  December 2

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Our shipping and handling charge is a uniform rate of $12.99 per package because we ship in bulk, rather than one package at a time.  Even with increased mailing prices, we are doing our best to minimize your cost.

The shipping and handling to Canada is our standard US rate plus $10.00.  Any of our “free shipping” offers remove the standard USA Shipping and Handling.  The additional $10.00 Canadian charge, which is for customs, export, and Canada Post fees, would still apply.

DO YOU SHIP TO EUROPE?

No. We do not ship to Europe due to Federal regulations.

DO YOU SHIP TO OTHER CITRUS STATES LIKE CA, TX, AZ, LA OR NV?

Yes! We can ship juicy and delicious Florida citrus to these states due to a change in the USDA ruling. (Boxes must contain citrus only and cannot be mixed with candy or honey.)

DO YOU SHIP TO PUERTO RICO, THE VIRGIN ISLANDS, H.I. AND ALASKA?

No. Shipments to, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Hawaii remain prohibited by the USDA. We don’t have good luck shipping to Alaska so choose not to.

WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

If delivery is made by the Post Office during inclement weather – the local Post Office will take the package back to their facility but leave a note either at the door or in the mailbox – the recipient must then contact the post office for redelivery or pick up arrangements. During the spring and summer months they may leave the package in a secure area at or around the front door.

WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

Your order will be charged the same day you place your order.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?

Yes! We take extra steps to encrypt your personal information—such as credit card numbers—using SSL. SSL, or Secure Sockets Layers, is an industry standard method of scrambling information to keep it safe and secure from prying eyes.

DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE ORDERS?

Yes! We give 5% off orders over $500.00 and 10% off orders over $1,000.00. Not available through the website, please call 1-800-204-7540 to place your order.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER PLACED?

If you need to cancel or change an order please contact our store at 1-800-204-7540 ASAP for assistance.

IS MY NAME, ADDRESS OR EMAIL GIVEN TO OTHER COMPANIES?

No! We do not share your information with any outside sources.

HOW DO I REMOVE MY NAME FROM YOUR MAILING LIST?

DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE?

YES! We offer a 100% guarantee if you gave us the correct address. If for any reason you or your recipient are not pleased, simply let us know ASAP and we will ‘make it right’ with either a replacement or refund/credit.
